John was asked to write/record music for an old Sega Saturn game called Necronomicon. There are 2 pieces he wrote: "Necronomicon Prologue" and "Necronomicon Epilogue".
The availability of the game is unknown, and we have not been able to find any more information on the appearance. Currently, the songs are available as MP3s on various websites or P2P networks.

The "prologue" and "epilogue" bits refer to the video clips at the start and (I assume) the end of the game (I've never reached the end, but it seems a reasonable assumption). I suspect this is the cause of the clicking heard in many versions of the tracks found on the internet - the tools to decode the video formats used on the Saturn are relatively primitive. I would guess that the link above is recorded from the analogue outputs of the Saturn.
